【摘要】:TheCDIFfamilyofstandardsisprimarilydesignedtobeusedasadescriptionofamechanismfortransferringinformationbetweenmodellingtools.ItfacilitatesasuccessfultransferwhentheauthorsoftheimportingandexportingtoolshavenothingincommonexceptanagreementtoconformtoCDIF.TheCDIFfamilyofstandardsincludesasemanticmetamodelandatransferformatdefinition.Italsoincludesthespecificationofameta-metamodelandassociatedrulesthatdefineaframeworkforthesemanticmetamodelandthetransferformat.ThelanguagethatisdefinedforthetransferformatalsohasapplicabilityasagenerallanguageforImport/Exportforrepositories.TheCDIFsemanticmetamodelalsohasapplicabilityasthebasisofstandarddefinitionsforuseinrepositories.ThediagraminFigure1depictsthevariousstandardsthatcomprisetheCDIFfamilyofstandards.TheshadedboxdepictsthisStandardanditspositionintheCDIFfamilyofstandards.ThisdocumentintroducestheCDIFfamilyofstandardsanddefinesthetermscommontotheCDIFfamilyofstandards.Thisdocumentisintendedtobeusedbyanyonewishingtounderstandand/oruseCDIF.ThisdocumentprovidesanintroductiontotheentireCDIFfamilyofstandards.Itissuitablefor:—ThoseevaluatingCDIF,—ThosewhowishtounderstandtheprinciplesandconceptsofaCDIFtransfer,and—Thosedevelopingimportersandexporters.Thisdocument,ISO/IEC15474-1:2002,Informationtechnology-CDIFframework-Part1:Overview,andtheFrameworkdocumentISO/IEC15474-2:2002,Informationtechnology-CDIFframework-Part2:Modellingandextensibility,shouldbereadfirstwheninitiallyexploringCDIFandbeforeattemptingtoreadotherdocumentsintheCDIFfamilyofstandards.Whiletherearenospecificprerequisitesforreadingthisdocument,itwillbehelpfulforthereadertohavefamiliaritywiththefollowing:—Entity-Relationship-Attributemodelling;—Modelling(CASE)tools;—Informationrepositories;—Datadictionaries;—Multiplemeta-layermodelling.
