【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverssilver-coated,round,copper-cladsteelwireforelectronicapplication.1.2Silvercoatingsinmasspercentagesofthetotalmassofthecoatedwireareasfollows:1.25,2.5,4.0,6.1,and8.0.1.2.1Silver-coatedwirehavingdifferentminimumpercentageofsilverbymassmaybeobtainedbymutualagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.Forinformationpurposes,thethicknessofcoatinginmicroinchesprovidedbythemasspercentageslistedin1.2isshowninTable1.1.3Fourclassesofcopper-cladsteelwirearecoveredasfollows:Class30HSnominal30%conductivityhard-drawn,Class30Anominal30%conductivityannealed,Class40HSnominal40%conductivityhard-drawn,andClass40Anominal40%conductivityannealed.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4.1Exception8212;InresistivitytheSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard1.5Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainstothetestmethoddescribedinthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(CautionConsiderationshouldbegiventotoxicityandflammabilitywhenselectingsolventcleaners.)
