【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesgeneralconsiderationsforthedeterminationofpesticideresiduesinfoodsofplantorigin.EachmethodspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardissuitableforidentifyingandquantifyingadefiniterangeofthoseorganohalogen,and/ororganophosphorusand/ororganonitrogenpesticideswhichoccurasresiduesinfoodstuffsofplantorigin.ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsthefollowingmethodsthathavebeensubjectedtointerlaboratorystudiesand/orareadoptedthroughoutEurope:--methodL:Extractionwithacetone,liquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethaneandclean-uponasilica-gel/charcoalcolumn[1];--methodM:Extractionwithacetoneandliquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethane/lightpetroleum,ifnecessaryclean-uponFlorisil1)[2],[3],[4];--methodN:Extractionwithacetone,liquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethaneorcyclohexane/ethylacetateandclean-upwithgelpermeationandsilicagelchromatography[5],[6];--methodP:Extractionwithethylacetateand,ifnecessary,clean-upwithgelpermeationchromatography[7].TheapplicabilityofthefourmethodsLtoPforresidueanalysisoforganohalogen,organophosphorusandorganonitrogenpesticides,respectively,isgivenforeachmethod.
