【摘要】:EIFSarebarrier-typesystemsthatmustbeweatherproofedtopreventthepassageofmoisture,air,dust,heat,andcoldfromenteringastructure.ThistestmethodisintendedtodeterminetheadhesionpropertiesofthesealantwiththeEIFSsubstrateasdeterminedbyitstensileadhesivepropertiesfordry,wet,frozen,heat-aged,andartificialweather-agedconditions.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesalaboratoryprocedureformeasuringtensileadhesionpropertiesofsealantstoexteriorinsulationandfinishsystems(EIFS)underdry,wet,frozen,heat-aged,andartificialweather-agedconditions.1.2Thecommitteewithjurisdictionoverthisstandardisnotawareofanycomparablestandardspublishedbyotherorganizations.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSI(metric)unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundvaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4Thecommitteewithjurisdictionoverthisstandardisnotawareofanycomparablestandardspublishedbyotherorganizations.
