【摘要】:Thesignificanceofspecifictestsisdiscussedintheappropriatesections.Thesetestmethodsareconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofzippersbecausethemethodshavebeenusedextensivelyinthetradeforthispurpose,eventhoughcurrentestimatesofbetween-laboratoryprecisionarequitelargeinsomecases.Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,thetestsamplesshouldbeusedthatareashomogeneousaspossible,thataredrawnfromthematerialfromwhichthedisparatetestresultswereobtained,andthatarerandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Othermaterialswithestablishedtestvaluesmaybeusedforthispurpose.Thetestresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,ataprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Themethod(s)inthestandardalongwiththoseinTestMethodsD2051,D2052,D2053,D2054,D2057,D2058,D2059,D2060,andD2061areacollectionofproventestmethods.Theycanbeusedasaidsintheevaluationofzipperswithouttheneedforathoroughknowledgeofzippers.Theenumeratedtestmethodsdonotprovidefortheevaluationofallzipperproperties.Besidesthosepropertiesmeasuredbymeansoftheenumeratedtestmethodsthereareotherpropertiesthatmaybeimportantforthesatisfactoryperformanceofazipper.Testmethodsformeasuringthosepropertieshavenotbeenpublishedeitherbecausenopracticalmethodshaveyetbeendevelopedorbecauseavalidevaluationoftheinformationresultingfromexistingunpublishedmethodsrequiresanintimateandthoroughknowledgeofzippers.FIG.1SliderStickingonBottomStop1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresfordeterminingthefollowingcharacteristicsofzippers:
