【摘要】:Thisdocumentdealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisetherailwayspecificsignificanthazardsofportablemachinesandtrolleysusedforworkontracksaslistedinclause4andannexAwhichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceofportablemachinesandtrolleyswhenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Itdoesnotdealwiththegeneralfunctionofthemachines(e.g.cutting,drilling,grinding).Thisdocumentappliestoportablemachinesandportabletrolleysdesignedforworkonthetrackwithnominaltrackgaugesof1435mmand1668mmandclearancegaugeasdefinedinannexBincludingcuttingmachinesandthosedesignedforworkingonwoodensleepers.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytoportabletrolleyscoupledtogether,whetherornotselfpropelled,andtrolleysusedfortransportingpersonnel.ForportablemachinesandtrolleysusedonrailwaylineswithadifferentclearancegaugetothatdefinedinannexBspecificrequirementsconcerningtheclearancegaugemayapply1).Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytothefollowing:--requirementsforqualityoftheworkorperformanceofthemachine;--regulationsdefinedbyeachinfrastructurecontrollerforportablemachineandtrolleyoperationwhichshallbethesubjectofnegotiationbetweentheuserandthemanufacturer;--portablemachinesusedfromrailwayvehicles.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsforthefollowing:--operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:freezingapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,contaminatingenvironments,strongmagneticfields);--operationsubjecttospecialrulesaspotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;--electromagneticcompatibility,duetoe.g.electroniccomponents;--hazardsoccurringduringdecommissioningand/orrecycling;--hazardsduetovibration;--hazardsduetowindspeedgreaterthan35m/s;--hazardsduetonaturalcausese.g.earthquake,lightning,floodingetc.--noise.NOTENoiseofmachineswhicharedealtwithbythisdocumentisregardedasasignificanthazard.NoiseisnotcoveredbythisdocumentbutwillbedealtwithinanAmendmenttothefirsteditionofthisstandard.ThisAmendmentwillgive:--clausesdealingwithnoiseemissionaccordingtoEN1746.--anoisetestcodeusingasabasisforpreparationthedesignationofnoise-emissionaccordingtotherequirementsoftheMachinery-Directive98/37/EC,annexI,clause1.7.4f.
